Hayleys Exports PLC is a subsidiary of Hayleys PLC, which is a Sri Lankan multinational company with businesses in Coir, Rubber, Environment, Agriculture, Plantations, Transportation, Inland Marketing, Knitted Fabrics and Tourism, areas in which the Group is renowned, both globally and locally. The export of Coir Fibre was the core business of Hayleys PLC before the incorporation of Hayleys Exports PLC, which took over the business of Coir Fibre exports.

Hayleys Exports PLC, was incorporated in Sri Lanka in 1987 as a 100% export company and quoted at the Colombo Stock Exchange in 1992. Hayleys Exports PLC is ISO 9000 system certified and is one of the largest designers, manufacturers and exporters of coir fibre and coir fibre products. We are the pioneer manufacturer and exporter of coconut coir erosion control products in the world.

Our product range includes mattress fibre, bristle fibre, twisted fibre, coir twine, woven geotextiles, stitched erosion control blankets, vegetation fascines and coir beds. These products are used in the brush manufacturing, mattress/bedding industry, automobile upholstery industry, erosion control industry, landscaping, horticulture and agriculture industries.
